Terms of Service

Last updated 5 June 2026

These terms govern your use of Sendle (“Sendle”, “we”, “us”), the service at sendle.app and its Claude Code plugin. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Sendle turns documents into a reproducible EPUB and delivers it by email to your Kindle (or any reader that accepts email). It runs as a hosted service with a thin client plugin for Claude Code.

Accounts

You sign in with your email. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access token secret. One person or entity per account; you must be able to form a binding contract.

Plans, billing & taxes

Acceptable use

Don’t use Sendle for unlawful or infringing content, to send to addresses you don’t control, or to abuse the service (including evading limits or sending at volumes that disrupt the service). Plans are subject to fair use; we may apply reasonable per-document and storage limits to protect the service.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process and deliver it to run the service. You’re responsible for having the rights to send what you send.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Email delivery depends on third parties (including Amazon’s Kindle service); we can’t guarantee every document arrives. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Sendle and delete your data anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.

Contact & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Questions: support@sendle.app.
