Terms of Service

Last updated 7 June 2026

Sendle (“Sendle”, “the service”) is operated by VEREAL Labs (“VEREAL Labs”, “we”, “us”). These terms govern your use of Sendle — the service at sendle.app and its plugins and integrations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

The service

Sendle turns documents into a reproducible EPUB and delivers it by email to your reader (any device or app that accepts email). It runs as a hosted service with thin client plugins and integrations for supported tools.

Accounts

You sign in with your email. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access token secret. One person or entity per account; you must be able to form a binding contract.

Plans, billing & taxes

Colophon

Books delivered on the Free plan include a single Sendle end page (a “colophon”) appended after your content. It may contain reading stats, tips, or Sendle-related messages. It never alters your own content and is always clearly separated. Plus subscribers can turn it off in settings. We do not insert third-party advertising.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Sendle for unlawful or infringing content, to send to addresses you don’t control, or to abuse the service (including evading limits or sending at volumes that disrupt the service). Plans are subject to fair use; we may apply reasonable per-document and storage limits to protect the service.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you submit. You grant us the limited right to process and deliver it to run the service. You’re responsible for having the rights to send what you send.

We retain your content only to operate the service — for example, to show your send history and let you re-send. Sendle is not a backup or archival service: we have no obligation to store your content long-term and may remove it at any time, including automatically as part of routine maintenance, without prior notice. Keep your own copies of anything you want to preserve.

Availability & disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. Email delivery depends on third parties (email providers and the recipient’s reader service); we can’t guarantee every document arrives. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Termination

You can stop using Sendle and delete your data anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.

Contact & governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Questions: support@sendle.app.
