Refund Policy

This policy covers paid Plus subscriptions (monthly or annual) for Sendle, operated by VEREAL Labs. The Free plan involves no payment, so there is nothing to refund. It applies alongside our Terms.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you’re not happy, email support@sendle.app within 14 days of a charge and we’ll refund it in full — no reason needed. This applies to your first charge and to each renewal, counted from the date that charge is made (the same window applies to annual plans).

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from your subscription-management link. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. After the 14-day window above, we don’t automatically refund the unused remainder of the current period — but cancelling stops all future charges.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

A charge that’s clearly duplicated, in error, or for a plan you didn’t intend is always refunded in full, regardless of the window above. Just let us know.

How refunds are issued

Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as our reseller and Merchant of Record. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through that provider, typically within a few business days; its buyer-protection terms also apply.
